Three Flows to Charge Up Your Sales Webinar

Brian Begley, the owner of enCloud9 and Dynamics365support.com, began our monthly webinar by giving some background on Power Automate and discussing how some of our clients use Power Automate to increase their productivity and their customer engagement.

Brian then went right into his demo.  He first gave the URL for the Microsoft Flow/ Power Automate homepage, where we can get started. He then shared three flows that we have recently built.

The three flows he shared were:

  1. Get a weekly update of closed opportunities delivered to your email.
  2. Send test messages through Dynamics 365 to let your clients know about a special deal.
  3. Use Flow to approve discounts on a customer quote.
