Registering Your Support Account in the portal After finalizing your support package, you will then receive an email invitation to our portal with a link to register your account. You will click on Click here to redeem.
 You will then be directed to a registration page where you will enter your registration information and   change your password. Here, you must enter the invitation code and then click on register to redeem the invitation. Once you have registered your email and changed your password, you must confirm your email.

You will then be directed to a profile page where you can update any information. Select Update.

How to Use the Dynamics 365 Support Portal Once You are Registered There are a number of things you can do once you are registered in the portal.  Some of the things you can do are open a new case, view a current case, or add comments and include attachments. How to open a new case Navigate to My Support.
