The Challenge: Before partnering with enCloud9, PriceMDs was using Monday CRM—but it quickly became clear the platform couldn’t keep pace with their growing needs. Monday CRM required extensive manual data entry and offered limited automation, making it difficult to manage patient care efficiently. While it could track basic information, it lacked the visibility and functionality needed to gain deeper insights or streamline operations across departments.
Our Solution: enCloud9 implemented a comprehensive Dynamics 365 Customer Service solution, customized through the Customer Service Hub to manage client onboarding, patient care, nursing processes, and pharmaceutical workflows. Third-party integrations, including Adobe Sign, Document Core Pack, and Zap Copy, were also deployed to support document workflows and communication.
A custom-built portal allowed international pharmacists to access and fill orders seamlessly—a major upgrade from their prior method of using WhatsApp to manage pharmaceutical requests. The new system centralized communication, improved data accuracy, and automated several key workflows.
Results Achieved: Once Price MDs saw the potential of Dynamics 365, the project scope expanded. What started as a simple migration grew into a full CRM overhaul with enhanced automation, visibility, and process optimization.
One of the most impactful outcomes was the creation of the pharmacist portal. This enabled global coordination and eliminated the chaos of managing orders through informal messaging apps.
Another major breakthrough for the PriceMDs team was the implementation of electronic signatures through Document Core Pack and Adobe Sign, which significantly accelerated the patient onboarding process.
The client’s team now works with greater ease and confidence; thanks to accurate data they can trust—a crucial factor in the healthcare space.
