Hopefully, you find something you can use immediately!

1- Add Custom Icons and ToolTip to Dynamics 365 Columns in Views

Visual elements to support the data makes our analysis easier. With Dynamics 365 you have the ability to add custom icon and tooltips to the fields in Views. Inogic tells us step by step how to add Custom Icons and Tooltip

2 –  Adding a Simple Language field to Dynamics 365

Even though a Language field does not come out of the box with Dynamics 365, that does not mean that a custom language field can not be added.  Nick Doelman, of ReadyXRM, shows us how adding a Language field to Dynamics 365 can be a simple task, but it’s also a good idea to take some time to plan it out.

3 – How to Auto Number Entities in Dynamics CRM

4 – Great Dynamics 365 feature-Voice of the Customer

When it comes to relationship management, getting valuable feedback from your customers is a vital part of the process. Now Dynamics 365 has a great feature called Voice of the Customer.  Janina Kerkovius, of Encore Business Solutions,  gives us a brief overview of this feature and provides us with the necessary steps to follow to set this up.
