Office 365 Delve Analytics has been renamed to My Analytics and added a slew of new feature including the ability to analyze work habits including response times for emails to important contacts both inside and outside the organization, the ability to share analytics with other users within the organization to view analytics as a group and finally to help prioritize the time you spend with your contacts and fellow employees. Dynamics 365 – How Partners will Succeed Post-CRM. So- “CRM” is not a thing anymore. With all of the new Dynamics 365 “stuff” that is coming, the initials C-R-M are gone.   In his article, Steve Mordue ,of Forceworks,  gives his opinion on the name change.  He states that, in his opinion, the good news is that it was an overused acronym that frankly carried a lot of negative baggage and was a poor description of even the prior product. At its Ignite conference , the company revealed a set of new functionalities for Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Sway.  Read the article at PC World. 

Microsoft’s Office 365 group does it…again!  They have been “pumping out updates like there’s no tomorrow all year.”  Here’s yet another great update.! Microsoft unveils New Office 365 App Launcher UI.  The new Office 365 App Launcher will provide improved customization options.  It will debut later this month.
