Do you tend to dominate the conversation a lot of the time or do you let people talk and just….listen?  Listening is essential to conversation.  Conversation is a two way street after all!  By being a good listener, you get much more than being a big talker. You learn about other people, and understand what makes them tick.  I can’t stress how important listening is when dealing with customers.
